After approval of the design and the quote you receive the invoice. Only then does production start, so you never pay for something you have not approved.
Yes, on request we send a physical trial pair so you can judge fabric, fit and colours in real life before the full run goes ahead.
Often it can. Mention your deadline straight away with your request and we will schedule an express route and tell you immediately what is feasible.
Then production starts in our own factory. You receive an order confirmation, we keep you posted, and within roughly four weeks the socks are delivered.
